Jill Dobbin is the President of Earth Angels Home Care, one of Nova Scotia's largest and most trusted home care companies. With a Master of Science degree, Jill brings both professional expertise and deeply personal experience to her work in elder care, Alzheimer's care, and senior services. 

Earth Angels was born from a family experience that changed everything. When a beloved family member was diagnosed with Dementia, Jill and her family witnessed firsthand how compassionate, in-home care can transform the lives of individuals and the families supporting them. That experience became the foundation of a commitment, to build a company devoted to caring for those who have given a lifetime to others.

Since 2016, Jill has led Earth Angels in supporting thousands of families across Nova Scotia, growing the company through a values-driven approach centered on respect, compassion, and heart. As the president of a women-owned business, she has cultivated a team united by one of life's most meaningful responsibilities: honoring older generations with the dignity they deserve.
