- Private-Duty Non-medical Home Care focus;
- Revenue sources are primarily composed from private pay, Veterans Affairs, or Long-term Care Insurance (little to no Medicare/Medicaid);
- Non-franchised;
- Generating at or above $1.5 Million dollars in annual revenue; and
- Located in the United States or Canada.
