Our nurses are Teepa-certified trainers, and many caregivers are PAC trained. • How are caregivers selected and trained?

  Caregivers undergo a:

  • Comprehensive application process 
  • Criminal Background Check​ 
  • Annual Drivers Abstract Review  
  • Minimum of 2 professional reference checks​ 
  • Nurse Registry check​ 

  All caregivers are fully insured through the Workers Compensation Board/WSIB (CA), bonded, and receive extensive training along with ongoing education to stay current on the best caregiving practices. 

• What happens if my caregiver is sick or unavailable?

  If your regular caregiver is unavailable, we will arrange a qualified replacement to ensure there are no interruptions in care.

• Do you offer 24/7 care or live-in care?

  Yes! We provide flexible care schedules, including:
